21st Century Extended Day Sites -
21st Century Community Learning Center Programs include Boys & Girls Clubs staff and SCSD teachers who provide enrichment, recreational, and academic support activities for students afterschool.
(Only students enrolled in the following schools are eligible for programming)
This year the 21st CCLC program will take place virtually.
Program starts on October 19th 2020.
Oneida Middle School
Program Hours: Monday – Friday 3:30-6:30pm
Grades Served: 6th-8th
Mont Pleasant Middle School
Program Hours: Monday – Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm
Grades Served: 6th- 8th
Central Park 6-8 Middle School
Program Hours: Monday – Friday 3:30pm – 6:30pm
Grades Served: 6th-8th
Schenectady High School
Program Hours: Monday – Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm
Grades Served: 9th-12th
Keane Elementary School
Program Hours: Monday – Friday 2:45pm-5:45pm
Grades Served: 3rd-5th
The 21st Century program will provide materials and/or kits for students enrolled to utilize afterschool for program and activities. Some of the programming will include, but is not limited to: tutoring, project-based learning, crafts, art, music, dance, STEM projects, college and career readiness, fitness, service learning, guest speakers, social justice, financial literacy, healthy habits, cooking, and prevention programs.
