Anyone ages 6 through 18 can join any of the Boys & Girls Clubs in Schenectady County.  A completed Membership Application, with your fee, is all that is required. 

Just show your membership card at ANY Boys & Girls Club to enter and participate in all that the club has to offer! Once inside the club, you can utilize the games room, receive homework help, participate in a number of programs, and receive healthy dinners daily. Membership also allows you to register for summer programs such as Camp Lovejoy and participate in all the fun activities that come along with being a BGCS member.

A nominal fee of $10 per year is required to participate in the many programs and activities offered by Boys & Girls Clubs of Schenectady. This super-low fee helps us cover the cost of operating expenses (approximately $400 per member per year). Memberships also help us keep kids safe by tracking attendance and verifying identity, and more.

The Central Services Administration Office is available Monday through Friday for assistance over the phone or in person by appointment. Each Clubhouse has a schedule that is designed for the community it serves. Most clubs open after school at 2pm Monday through Friday. Please contact an individual clubhouse for specific times and schedules.

Unfortunately, none of our clubs currently have pools.

Yes we do.  From birthday parties and banquets, to wedding receptions and graduation parties, we are able to rent our facilities.  Our Adeline Wright Graham Clubhouse has meeting space, a theater, gymnasium, and more. Camp Lovejoy has a mess hall, amphitheater, outdoor pool, grounds, and more. Call  (518) 374-4714 for more information.
